Through this Site, Hodges Elderly & Disabled Services markets and arranges In-Home Personal Care, Disability Support Services, Medication Management, Meal Preparation Service, Housekeeping Services, Elderly Companion Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Hodges Elderly & Disabled Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Hodges Elderly & Disabled Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hodges Elderly & Disabled Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hodges Elderly & Disabled Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Hodges Elderly & Disabled Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
